An improving primary school in Leeds are looking for a Teaching Assistant with BSL experience to support a profoundly deaf/hearing impaired child on a one-to-one basis, five days a week.
The role will start as soon as possible, on a temporary basis with the potential of becoming permanent for the right candidate.
In a recent Ofsted, officers commended pupils’ personal development, welfare and explained that behaviour is good. They also commented on that the school’s caring culture is ever-present, and that pupils are considerate and thoughtful towards others.

- Must have BSL experience (British Sign Language)
- Must have experience supporting in an educational setting
- Two references from education settings
- DBS or willingness to complete one
