Receptionist - Leeds - ASAP

Academic Appointments are currently working with a Primary Academy in Leeds to recruit for a temporary Receptionist to start immediately until the end of the summer term.
The role of the school Receptionist will include signing in visitors in and out, general office duties, filing information, photocopying and speaking to family, carers and external agencies. In addition, the chosen applicant will be confident in using SIMS or a similar school system in order to handle admissions as well as pupil and staff data. You will liaise with staff members, senior management, external agencies and parents where necessary and attend management meetings. There will also be some financial involvement and the handling of cash.
